The first discovered lysergamides arrived from the fungus named ergot that can be found on rye along with other grains. This fungus consists of each lysergic acid along with a precursor of LSD, ergotamine. Ingestion of grains that contains ergot led for the situation called “ergotism”, which wreaked havoc throughout the flip of the first millen
